Project Cost Centres are setup under Project Cost Centres in SetupHub and are available for selection in the various apps
A project and project number can be added from Project Costs Centres and selected in New PO Request page.
The following Settings are available for the Project Cost Centre field in the New PO Request page from SetupApps:
- optional to display the project cost centre field;
- allow a PO requestor to add a project in the New PO Request page; and
- compulsory completion.
The Project Cost Centre can be changed after the PO is submitted from the PO Summary page by:
- PO Requestors, if access to Project Cost Centres has been given in the New PO Request page; and
- Administrators & Invoice Managers.
A Project Cost Centre can not be added or edited from the PO Summary page. This is done at SetupHub.
