Additional Charges, for example shipping and handling, are added to the New PO Request in the Item(s) Detail box under Additional Charges.
For the charge to be available under Additional Charges in the New PO Request page they are added under Additional Charges in SetupApps PurchaseHub.
There is no limit on the number of charges, which are calculated as a percentage or an amount is entered.
Additional Charges can be added at the time the PO is raised, before approval via the edit function, or after approval by adjusting the approved PO.
Permission for users to edit a PO or adjust an approved PO, including to Additional Charges, is provided under Permissions at SetupHub User Management.
Additional Charges are not included when matching PO to invoice.
