Option #1
Converting HTML to word
Right click to save it on your desktop.
You can now open it by right clicking on the icon and choosing the option ‘open with Word’.
Locating word versions of PDF's
- Identify its’ Document Type, e.g., Forms, Applications etc., and its’ Name & Code.
- Go to Folder menu and click Document Management. Under this will be folders by Document type of all PDF documents in word. For example, if you identified a specific Form, look under the folder called Forms. It will display all documents listed under Forms. You can click the required document to download.
- Alternatively, you can click search on the top left & type the document name, tick the documents check box and click search. It will display the document.
- Once the document is saved, you can open it
Editing
- Once in word go to tools & activate the track mode changes. This will show all the changes you make.
- Now you can do your changes, save as MS Word format & close.
- Send the updated document to support@myofficehub.comwho will update the changes & then replace the previous version under its folder.
Option #2
Converting HTML to word (For Windows Users)
- Copy the content (Press CTRL A & then CTRL C)
- Go to MS outlook open a new message and paste (CTRL V). This will paste all the content of the document.
- Now you can do your changes, highlight the changes in different colour.
- Send the updated content to support@myofficehub.comwho will update the changes & then replace the previous version under its folder.
Converting HTML to word (For Mac Users)
- Identify the document that you wish to edit
- Go to File menu, choose ‘Mail Contents of This Page’
- It will open new mail with the page you want to edit.
- Now you can do your changes, highlight the changes in different colour.
- Send the updated content to support@myofficehub.comwho will update the changes & then replace the previous version under its folder.
