New Invoice: Click ‘New Invoice’ to open form to create your invoice. On submission, the invoice is listed under ‘Invoice List’. The submitted Invoice will be emailed automatically to the client to expedite payment.
Invoice List: View your complete list of sales invoices & track their progress. You can also ‘Edit/Delete’ the sales invoice here.
New Quotation: email the quotation to the Client. The client can ‘Accept/Decline’ the quotation from the email. The Accepted quotation can then be converted into an Invoice.
Quotation List: View your complete list of quotations, to track their progress. You can covert quotations to Invoices here.
New Client: Add new client and submit for internal approval
Client List: View your complete list of Clients. You can ‘Edit/Delete’ the client details here.
Product: Enter new items in your Item database.
