To setup Contract Type:
- Click ‘Next’ at bottom of the PACT approver page or
- Click ‘Type’ to select the contract type
- Contract Type options: ‘Business to Business’ | ‘Internal Staff Employment’ | ‘Labor Hire’. By default, ‘Business to Business’ and ‘Internal Staff Employment’ will be ticked and read only.
Business to Business contract type
‘Business service’ will be auto selected. You can select more than one service from the list. There is also: Consultancy | Function Service | IT Software | Management | Outsourced | Sales & Purchase | Migration Service | Engagement Service | Confidentiality | Supporter Service | Others.
If you have selected ‘Others’ for the Service Type, please specify the service & click ‘Add’. This will list the service on the page.
Internal Recruitment contract type
‘Permanent Full Time’ will be auto selected. You can select more than one service from the list. There is also: Permanent Part Time | Permanent Fixed Term | Casual | Volunteer | Intern | Others. If you have selected ‘Others’ for the Service Type, please specify the service & click ‘Add’. This will list the service on the page.
Labor Hire contract type
Select Staff Type: Permanent Full Time | Permanent Part Time will be auto selected. You can select more than one Staff Type from the list. Also, Permanent Fixed Term | Casual | Intern | Others. If you have selected ‘Others’, please specify the service & click ‘Add’. This will list the service on the page.
Select one or more of the listed Supply of Types. If you have selected ‘Others’ for the Supply of Type, please specify the type & click ‘Add’. This will list the supply type on the page.
- Click ‘Submit’ to include the Contract type.
