The Team Leader schedules the Roster for the User.
To schedule a Roster
- Click the ‘Add’ icon to display the Roster schedule page.
- Select the following Roster details from the dropdown menu options:
- Client/Customer
- Location
- Department/Team
- Day/Week/Fortnight/Month
- Date
- Available User(s) from the list box
- Staff Type
- Shift Type
- Start Time
- End Time
- Click forward icon ‘>’ to display all chosen Users in the Selected User list box
- Click ‘Submit’
Once submitted, the Roster is scheduled for the selected Users | Staff.
Note: To remove a Staff member from a Roster, select the User from ‘Selected User’ list box and click backward icon ‘<’.
The scheduled Roster is then listed in the ‘Roster List’.
An automatic email is sent to the Roster Manager requesting approval of the scheduled Roster
