To approve or decline the scheduled Roster
- Click ‘click here’ in the e-mail to display the Roster details page.
- Click ‘Approve’ to approve the Roster Schedule.
Once approved, the approval status is updated automatically in Roster details.
An automatic email is sent to the Team Leader on the approval status.
- Click ‘Decline’ to decline the Roster Schedule.
Once declined by the Roster Manager, an automatic email is sent to the Team Leader notifying the response.
The Team Leader then amends the Roster details and sends back to Roster Manager.
Once the Roster Manager approves the amended Roster details, an automatically generated message is emailed to the Team Leader notifying the approval status and the approval status is auto updated in the Roster List.
