- Click ‘SetupApps > PACTcontract’
- Click ‘Approver’ to display the Contract Approver options
- Select ‘Contract Management System’ from the Approvers module dropdown menu
- Select ‘Department | Team’
- Select Manager’s (Contract Approver for that Department |Team) email address
- Manager’s Name (auto populated upon email selection in the previous field)
- CC email address to copy the email to
- Select schedule day & time to send the email to the Manager
- Click the check box to add Primary Approver (first level of approver, prior sending the contract to the Manager).
- Enter Primary Approver’s email address
- Primary approver’s name (auto populated upon email selection in the previous field).
- Select schedule day from the dropdown menu & time to send the email
- Click ‘Add’ to add the Primary & Secondary approvers to PACT Contract.
Click ‘Next’ button to display the next Selection of Contract Type, Service Type and Staff Type
