All assigned Tasks are listed in ‘Task List’ through so you can track the progress.
- Click ‘Task List’ to display the allocated tasks.
- Click ‘Update’ in the ‘Tasks List’ to update a job detail or status.
- This displays the respective ‘Update Task’ page.
- Enter the following details:
- Instructions & Comments if any
- Work Completed (%)
- Change the Assignee / Reviewer / Mail CC by clicking the respective dropdowns (if required)
- Click ‘Update’
Once updated, an automatic email is sent to the Staff, Reviewer and copied Recipients on the Task’s status update.
